Support Sierra in the 2018 Capital  Cup!


The Capital Cup adapts the historic Ryder Cup format ­ steeped in tradition – to similarly promote community pride, healthy competition, and raise money for the Sacramento region’s most deserving charities. 28 executive leaders from the Sacramento region have been divided into two Capital Cup teams for the fourth tournament in 2018. In this exciting 3-­day golf competition (October 5 – 7, 2018), donors will have the opportunity to support their favorite player (or their favorite charity), as each player is competing to benefit his or her favorite charitable organization (go to “Charities”).

My name is Bob Earl, and I own and operate Earl Consulting Co., LLC, providing services to the real estate industry in Northern California. I am proud to be playing on behalf of Sierra Forever Families. SFF is an organization whose entire mission is dedicated to placing children in foster care into forever families. They operate on the theory that every child needs a forever family regardless of age. Over their more than 30 years of service they have had unprecedented success in placing children of all ages in permanent families. As the chair of the organization’s capital campaign and now as the incoming Chair of the Board of Directors, I’ve personally seen the profound emotional impact that placing children in permanent families can have on both the child and the family.

  • Both tickets include two drink tickets and appetizers as well as live music and dancing
  • Players will receive 5000 in chips with 1000 more for $10 tip to staff
  • Additional buy-in cost is $20 for 2500 in chips anytime you have less than 10,000 in chips for the first hour and a half (after which there will be no more rebuys)
  • Games will include: Baccarat, Blackjack, Pai Gow Poker, Roulette, a dice game and more!
